Excusado Printsystem is made up of four graphic designers: Stinkfish, Ratson, Deadbird and Satintcat
Question: How tough are the controls on graffiti in Colombia in general?
Over here, street art is not such a big phenomenon. Even though the city has lots of free spaces for graffiti and advertising, there is no rigorous control on this art form and its diverse manifestations. In this way, the street art scene is very peaceful. - Excusado Printsystem
I love this last piece. The colors just bring life to the drab looking wall.
Anyone have any personal interpretations of the images?

Coffee Wood House?
Deep in Orosi Valley is a home created completely out of coffee wood. Upon arrival, a cute little old man greeted me with a huge smile on his face. Unlike most of the natives I encountered, he surprisingly spoke perfect english. Inside his house he carves figures and other objects of out coffee wood and displays them to be purchased by visitors.
Hotel Lys
I stayed at a Hostel in Montezuma, Costa Rica called Hotel Lys. Throughout the hostel were hundreds of paintings. The owners have even launched a project known as Libre Universidad de Montezuma. This rapidly evolving concept is based on communication through artistic expression.
This painting was the door of my room.
Photo I took at sunrise of Hotel Lys
Cartago, Costa Rica
I spent 5 out of 8 days volunteering at an orphanage in Cartago. On my walk to the orphanage each day I passed by numerous painted walls. There are my favorites.

GIANT DOG TURD wreaks havoc at Swiss museum
A giant inflatable dog turd, yes, a giant dog turd by American artist Paul McCarthy was exhibited in the garden of the Paul Klee Center, a Swiss museum in Bern. In 2008, the giant turd actually blew away from the museum, brought down a power line and broke a greenhouse window before it landed again.
The art work titled "Complex Shit" is the size of a house. The wind carried it 200 yards from the museum before it fell back to Earth. The art work has a safety system which normally makes it deflate when there is a storm, but this did not work when it blew away.
